You can check prices, indicating number of people and dates of arrival and departure.

 

The prices include electricity, water and wifi.

 

To reserve dates must make a deposit of 20% (non refundable) of the total price with credit card or bank transfer.

 

Upon arrival to the building have to pay the rent amount of the first month. Payment can be made by transfer or credit card VISA, MASTER or DINERS.

 

The hour of entry (check in) to the apartment is after 15:00.

The hour of departure (check out) of the apartment is before 12:00.

The apartment feature full linen, including towels and sheets (our bath towels are Egyptian cotton).

Pets are not allowed.

It is not allowed to have parties.

It is not allowed to do annoying noise for other users of the building.

 

The amount paid to formalize the reservation (20%) is not refundable in case of cancellation. The rest of the amount paid for the payment of the stay 80% is not refundable in case of cancellation unless force majeure duly justified.
